A product with a creamy, homogeneous texture, slightly spicy flavor, and characteristic yellow color. Ready to eat, ideal to accompany sandwiches, meats, savory snacks, and other dishes. Microbiological characteristics: Acidified and pasteurized product. Absence of pathogenic microorganisms (Salmonella spp., fecal coliforms, molds, and yeasts). Stable at room temperature. Applicable legislation: RDC No. 727/2022 (ANVISA) Nutritional and allergen labeling. IN No. 211/2023 (MAPA/ANVISA) Identity and quality standards.
