Frying oil differs from regular sunflower oil in that it fries faster and can be used for longer. The special formula prevents the oil from being absorbed by vegetable and meat products—they simply get a golden crust without the effect of increased fat content due to fat absorption. Therefore, special frying oils are much more economical than regular sunflower oil.
