Personal information provided through our contact information is not stored on any Globy’s server and will be stored on the respective server of our email service.

3. Verification information: The Globy Services may provide Suppliers with the option to verify their profiles and information to receive a verified badge. We use Vespia for verification, and they may, on our behalf, collect verification information, such as verified corporate information. Vespia will handle the data collection and use it in accordance with its privacy policy.

4. Payment information: You may submit payment method information to Stripe through our website. This may include your credit card information and billing details. This information is automatically directed to Stripe, our payment processor, and is used only to process Seller banner advert subscriptions or any other paid services on our website. We do not store any payment method information on our servers. You can review Stripe’s privacy policy to understand how they protect your payment method information.

5. User Content: Globy collects and processes user content, which includes data and information entered on our website (including photos, feedback, seller listing, etc.), solely for the provision and improvement of the Globy Services. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of this content and will not share it with third parties except as required by law or for the operation of the Globy Services. Users have the right to access, modify, and request deletion of their information, in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law.
