Pickled Green Olives. Product description: Green olives (Olea europaea) harvested at the appropriate point of ripeness, selected, treated with saline solution to remove oleuropein (natural bitterness) and preserved in brine. Product with a mild and slightly acidic flavor, ready to eat. Can be presented with or without pits, sliced (pepper, anchovy, etc.). Microbiological characteristics: Pasteurized or brine-stabilized product. Absence of pathogenic microorganisms. Stable at room temperature until opening. Applicable legislation: RDC No. 727/2022 (ANVISA) Labeling and allergens. IN No. 211/2023 Standard of identity and quality. Codex Alimentarius CODEX STAN 66-1981 for export products. Product exempt from registration, but subject to health inspection. Origin: Brazil.
