Product description: Green olives (Olea europaea) harvested at the appropriate point of ripeness, selected, treated with saline solution to remove oleuropein (natural bitterness) and preserved in brine. Product with a mild and slightly acidic flavor, ready to eat. Can be presented with or without pits, sliced (pepper, anchovy, etc.). Microbiological characteristics: Pasteurized or brine-stabilized product. Absence of pathogenic microorganisms. Stable at room temperature until opening.
