Traditional Potato Chips. Product description: Food product obtained from fresh potatoes (Solanum tuberosum), cut into thin slices, fried in vegetable oil and seasoned with salt. It has a crispy texture, uniform golden color and characteristic flavor. Ready to eat, ideal as a snack or side dish. Microbiological characteristics: Product subjected to frying at high temperatures (above 170 C). Absence of Salmonella spp. Absence of thermotolerant coliforms. Dry product, with low water activity (stable at room temperature). Allergens: Does not contain gluten. Flavored versions may contain milk, soy, wheat, or derivatives, depending on the flavorings used (check label). Applicable legislation: RDC n 727/2022 (ANVISA) Labeling and allergens. IN n 211/2023 (ANVISA/MAPA) Standard of identity and quality for packaged foods. Product exempt from registration, but subject to health inspection. Origin: Brazil.
