Yellow corn flour. Product description: Product obtained by grinding clean and dry corn grain (Zea mays L.), with or without degermination, with a characteristic yellow color, flavor and odor, free of foreign or fermented materials. Composition (ingredients): Ground whole corn (may be enriched with iron and folic acid, according to legislation). Microbiological characteristics: According to ANVISA legislation: Absence of Salmonella in 25g. Bacillus cereus: max. 10 UFC/g. Total and thermotolerant coliforms: within permitted limits. Mycotoxins: within permitted limits (aflatoxins and fumonisins). Storage conditions: Store in a dry, cool place, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Recommended use: Indicated for preparing couscous, cakes, farofas, porridges and other typical Brazilian dishes. Origin: Brazil.
