Every two years, the meat processing sector converges in Chapecó, Santa Catarina, in southern Brazil, for MercoAgro, an international exhibition dedicated to the meat processing industry. This event has become a pivotal gathering for global companies and industry leaders, who consider their participation essential due to MercoAgro's role in highlighting market trends and advancements in consumption, technology, and production.
The most recent edition of the exhibition was a testament to its significance, with transactions totaling $120 million over just four days, solidifying MercoAgro's status as the largest industry event in the Americas and the second largest globally. The fair is anticipated with high expectations, showcasing an extensive range of products and innovations.
