Engineering plastic centrifugal pump with open impeller for clear and waste liquids Flow components which contact with liquids are made of ultra-high-molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). The material has excellent corrosion resistance, excellent wear resistance and strong impact resistance. Seals forms: mechanical seal, dynamic seal, packing seal The pump is widely used to transport acid, alkali. etc. clear liquids ,as well as slurry containing solid particles and sewage containing various impurities, especially the corrosive liquids containing fine particles and hydrofluoric acid, fluorosilicic acid, phosphoric acid, mixed acid, electrolyte, hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, concentrated alkali, etc. UHMWPE pump is suitable for corrosive liquids at -50 to 100degree Celsius. PVDF, F46 etc. impeller and pump body can replace UHMWPE impeller and pump body. PVDF, F46 pump can be used to transport the corrosive liquids up 120 degrees Celsius. Impeller can be also made of duplex stainless steel, 904 or 304 stainless steel. The pump is for horizontal, single stage, single suction centrifugal pump and can be driven by explosion-proof motor or non-explosion proof motor. Impeller can be closed type or open impeller.
