Steel lined UHMWPE mortar pump UHB-ZK mortar pump is for cantilever type single stage, single suction centrifugal pump, its flow components are steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), with strong corrosion resistance, excellent wear resistance. The mortar pump Can transport the concentration of sulfuric acid below 80%, nitric acid below 50%, hydrochloric acid and other slurry of all kinds of acid, alkali, salt material. It is widely used to handle all kinds of corrosive mortar in rare metal smelting industry and various mixed medias in food sprinkling industry. UHB-ZK Corrosion resistant mortar pumps are specifically designed to convey the corrosive fluids and slurry with fine particle or other medium which is easily crystallized. Pump material: steel liner with ultra-high molecular weight poly (PVC mould manufacture process, excellent corrosion resistance and excellent wear resistance, the structure: cantilever, open front, semi-open impeller (excellent cover plate), to enhance the flow passage. The particles and impurities in the medium will soon pass through the pump chamber without blockage. The shaft seal is k-type fluorine rubber sealing ring with cooling water jacket, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Pumped medium: Acid and alkali clear liquid and slurry etc. Medium temperature: -20 to 90 degree Celsius.
