The resveratrol fermentation process uses metabolically engineered Yarrowia lipolytica or E. coli as the core strains, adopting a fed-batch fermentation mode. By precisely controlling the temperature at 28-37℃, pH at 5.5-7.0, and dissolved oxygen at 30%-50%, maintaining carbon source supply through glucose feeding and adding precursor substances in a timely manner, the fermentation cycle lasts 48-144h, and the concentration of trans-resveratrol can reach more than 22g/L. The fermentation broth undergoes solid-liquid separation by centrifugation, organic solvent extraction, macroporous resin chromatography and recrystallization purification to finally obtain resveratrol crystalline powder with a purity of ≥98%. This process has the advantages of short cycle, high purity and no pesticide residue risk in plant extraction, and can meet the industrial production needs of pharmaceutical and health product fields.
