Shallow Sand Filter Fully automatic control backwash quartz sand double tank shallow sand filter The shallow sand filter is composed of one or more standard high-speed sand tank units. It is equipped with a unique water distributor and water collector, and has a unique automatic flushing valve, which can realize the operation of multiple standard high-speed sand tanks during normal system operation. The cylinders are individually backwashed one by one, with fully automatic program control. It has the advantages of small backwash water consumption, convenient equipment installation, and easy operation. The equipment has a large flow rate and requires no maintenance. According to different user requirements, there are two series, vertical and horizontal, suitable for water quality treatment needs in multiple fields. Scope of application: Electric power, reverse osmosis front stage, petrochemicals, fine chemicals, food and beverages, agricultural irrigation, automobiles, industry, metallurgy, papermaking, medicine, microelectronics, environmentally friendly water treatment and other industries. Filtration media Suspended solids, particulate matter in water, water dirt, bacteria and algae, rust, etc. Features The filter units are available in various specifications from 24 inches (500mm) to 96 inches (2400mm) and can be installed in different ways. The filter can be used as an independent filtration system, using the water supply pump in the existing process. If it is used as a side filter, it can also be equipped with its own pump. The filter can also be installed on a common pipe with multiple processing units, which allows unlimited filtration capabilities of this system. There are three methods of backwashing of the filtration system: manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic, which can be started by manual button, PLC, pressure difference or management system respectively. The backwash cycle and backwash time are adjustable, and are set to 3 minutes at the factory. This control is realized by the PLC automatic filtration control system. 1. High filtration speed and low pressure loss completely solve the problems of slow filtration speed and small flow rate of ordinary mechanical media filters. 2. Modular setup, small footprint, less piping, and low investment. The floor space is reduced by more than 40%, and the amount of piping work is reduced by more than 50%. 3. Manual, semi-automatic and fully-automatic backwash options are available to fully meet your needs. 4. The backwash water source can be selected from the system, water tower or external water source, and can be automatically switched (when special requirements are required). 5. Multiple units can be combined, and the processing flow can be expanded arbitrarily. 6. The shell and pipes are made of carbon steel Q235B or stainless steel. 7. The core components are imported with original packaging (BERMAD, BACCARA, SIEMEN, MITSUBISHI). 8. The filter unit adopts a single-chamber design, which has better backwashing effect and lower sand runoff rate. 9. The water collector can be made of stainless steel/ABS and has a longer life. 10. The water outlet pipe is set at the bottom of the unit, with smaller water resistance and easier maintenance. Design corresponding pipeline interfaces according to different working conditions.
