Description of the RO equipment process: The raw water flows through a multi-media filter and a pure water system for gravure cylinder making. The water softener pre-treats the water, ensuring it is suitable for further processing. Next, the water passes through an environmental protection pure water system, where it is directed through an RO (reverse osmosis) membrane by a high-pressure pump. To ensure the stable operation of the RO membrane, a security filter is installed at the front end of the system. The purified water is then discharged into a pure water tank, ready for use in gravure cylinder production.
