Colossal is the most prized cut, consisting of the two largest muscles connected to the swimming legs, offering giant, firm, cloud white lumps with a succulent, sweet flavor, best for standalone presentations such as crab cocktail, premium steak toppings Oscar style, or any dish where the meat is the visual star. Jumbo lump features large, whole muscles from the swimming legs, slightly smaller than colossal, with a brilliant white color and firm texture that holds together beautifully, ideal for high end crab cakes, salads, and pasta dishes where big bites of crab are essential.
