HW250D-S series high-pressure plunger pump is a new-generation pump independently developed by our company, capable of reaching pressures up to 165 MPa. Technical features: straight-through hydraulic end with advanced technology and reasonable design, providing higher volumetric efficiency; high seal made of new polymer material; durable cemented carbide plungers; easy maintenance, allowing one person to complete hydraulic end maintenance and replacement of wearing parts; hydraulic end parts made of precipitated hardened martensitic stainless steel for reliability and durability; dynamic end designed using finite element method to optimize structure and improve lubrication system reliability; equipped with a new diaphragm-type safety valve (original imported diaphragm) for easy, safe, and reliable operation. This series can transport water, emulsion, and other water-like chemical liquids at 0–50°C. HW250D-S high-pressure pumps are widely used in jet cleaning, power, powder metallurgy, and other industries.
