3D2A-S series high-pressure plunger pump is an improved version of the 3D2-S series pressure plunger pump. Key characteristics: increased lubricating oil capacity in the crankcase improves lubrication and lowers oil temperature rise; enlarged crankshaft diameter enhances crankshaft strength, increases transmission power, raises pump output pressure, and widens the operating range; power end crankshaft and connecting rod use forced lubrication, resulting in low friction, smooth transmission, good lubricity, and lower power end temperature rise, making it suitable for long-term continuous operation. This pump is ideal for high-pressure water jet auxiliary flow cleaning, metallurgical phosphorus removal, powder metallurgy, ship cleaning and rust removal, basic engineering, liquid transportation, engineering excavation, and pressure testing of various rubber hoses, metal pipes, and oilfield drilling wellhead equipment. It can transport water, emulsion, and other water-like chemical liquids at 0–50°C.
