The high vacuum manual angle valves are often used in applications to isolate gas flow in the vacuum system. The valve plate is driven by manually turning the handle to open and close. The shaft seal is a stainless steel bellows shaft seal with long service life and good sealing performance. The applicable working environment is air or non corrosive gas. Material: valve body SS304 or Al alloy, body sealing components viton or metal optional, plate sealing components viton, shaft sealing components bellows. Valve body leakage rate better than 1 x 10-8 Pa.L/s. Pressure range 1.2 x 105 Pa to 1 x 10-6 Pa. Medium temperature minus 30 degree celsius to plus 150 degree celsius.
