The high vacuum electromagnetic angle valves are often used in applications to isolate gas flow in the vacuum system. It use the electromagnetic force that is generated by the coil as the power to drive the valve plate to open and close. The shaft seal is a stainless steel bellows. It has long life cycles and good sealing. The applicable working condition is air or non-corrosive gas.
