Flax/hemp in combination with jointing compounds is very suitable for sealing threaded joints. Withstands temperatures up to 266 F (130 C) and pressure up to 113 PSI (8 Bar). This combination ensures tight, flexible assembly joints. Flax/hemp is extremely economical to use. Lead-free and suitable for drinking water applications. Made in Egypt. Applications include thread sealant, plumbing flax, and hemp for sealing threaded joints and fittings in water, heating, and cooling installations. Shelf life: 10 years. Safe for drinking water.
