A diaphragm gas meter is a positive displacement gas meter that accumulates gas volume. The meter consists of two identical diaphragms forming four measuring chambers. Driven by the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, the diaphragms move, activating a mechanical drive system. Regulated by the distributing valve, each measuring chamber continuously admits and exhausts gas in a specific sequence. Through gear transmission, the counter displays the accumulated gas consumption volume.
