One of our best products is: - Desiccated Coconut Our Desiccated Coconut is made from fresh coconut which is processed by cleaning the outer shell of the coconut ivory, after that it is washed, then the coconut meat is cooked for 5 minutes at 90oC, then soaked in Sodium metabisulfite 700 ppm for 8 minutes. Then grating the coconut meat is done, then drying the grated coconut using an oven with a temperature of 50-60oC for 6 hours. Our Desiccated Coconut is Produced according to food safety and well standardized. we ensure the highest quality products throughout the supply chain, from farmer to consumer. Our Desiccated Coconut has a fat content of approximately 60% (High Fat) with a maximum water content of 3%
