Gallstones are solid particles that form in the gallbladder, a small pear-shaped organ located beneath the liver of cattle. They are composed of cholesterol, bilirubin, and other substances found in bile, a digestive fluid produced by the liver. Gallstones vary in size, ranging from tiny grains to larger, pebble-like structures. They can either be single or multiple in number. The gallstones undergo a meticulous process, starting with thorough washing to remove impurities and blood clots. Subsequently, they are dried for two to three weeks in a dark and well-ventilated environment at around 20 degrees Celsius. Regularly moved during drying to avoid sticking, the fully dried stones are then hermetically sealed for packaging.
