Harar: from the eastern highlands, is a classic and ancient Natural processed coffee renowned for its bold, pungent, and famously fruity mocha flavor. Origin: Eastern Ethiopia, in the Oromia region’s Eastern highlands. Altitude: 1,500 - 2,120 m (5,000 - 7,000 ft) above sea level (SHG/SHB). Processing: Exclusively Natural (Dry-Processed). Flavor Profile: Known for a heavy, wild, and winey profile. Distinctive notes include blueberry, blackberry, dark chocolate, and a hint of spice or cinnamon. Acidity & Body: Medium to light acidity with a heavy body and a pungent, intoxicating aroma. Character: A bold, exotic, and powerhouse coffee, often referred to as a dry red wine of the coffee world.
