1550 nm narrow linewidth butterfly DFB laser diode. This device features a standard 14-pin butterfly package with a built-in TEC cooler, thermistor, and isolator. Applications include fiber-optic communication, fiber-optic sensing, Lidar, and more. Supports single-mode or polarization-maintaining fiber, with pump or telecom pins. A module package with a drive circuit is also available, and the device emits light when powered on.
