WBC is a specialty water-borne barrier coating based on proprietary copolymer emulsion for use in application of paper and paper board barrier coatings. The coated paper and paper board with excellent water repellency, anti-blocking properties and gives good oil and grease resistance properties. Shake well before use. This product may develop some soft settling or layer separation over a long period of storage. This can be mixed back to homogenous system by simple mixing. For good results of water repellency coating must be dried/cured properly with adequate heat flow and sufficient coating weight is required depending up on paper to paper type.
