Vitamount is a scientifically developed formulation of 19 important vitamins and minerals, it contains vitamin D and Folic Acid at exactly the level recommended by the Department of Health before and during pregnancy. Vitamount contains Zinc which contributes to normal fertility and reproduction while vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation and also has a role in the process of cell division. Vitamount contains Folic Acid which contributes to maternal tissue growth. It is recommended to take at least 400mg of Folic Acid daily at least one month before and upto three months after conception. Vitamount contains Iron which contributes to the normal function of the immune system and plays a part in the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
