Our Vanilla Planifolia or Tahitensis beans are sourced from the fertile regions of Indonesia. These beans are carefully cured and sun-dried to reach a lower moisture content, making them the ideal choice for industrial extraction, food processing, and fragrance manufacturing. While shorter and drier than gourmet grades, they maintain a high concentration of natural vanillin. Appearance Slightly Dry, Stiff, and Less Oily. Color Dark Brown to Blackish. Aroma Intense, Sweet, and Creamy Vanilla Scent. Moisture Content Grade A 25% - 35%, grade B 20% - 25%, grade C 15% – 20% (Drier texture for better extraction). Length grade A 15 - 22 cm, grade B 15 - 22 cm, grade C 10 cm – 14 cm (Varies/Unsorted). Vanillin Content 1.5% – 2.0%. Purity 100% Pure (No split ends, no mold, no rot).
