The Universal General Purpose range is designed to absorb and contain all non-aggressive fluids, both oil and water-based. This range effectively absorbs solvents, coolants, oils, fuels, mild acids, alkalis, and foodstuffs such as milk, beer, and wine, as well as water. Universal General Purpose Absorbent Pads are ideal for absorbing small spills or for use during the final cleanup of larger spill incidents. They are excellent for wiping down oily equipment or for placement under or around leaking machinery. These absorbent pads rapidly soak up oils, fuels, water and water-based liquids, solvents, and coolants or degreasers. Applications include using mats to absorb small spills or to catch spills and drips around a workshop, wiping down oily equipment, placing them under or around leaking machinery, and using them as spill mats under engine bays during servicing work. They can also be inserted into tool trays to capture and absorb oily residue.
