The UCM 500DL ultrasonic cleaning model is widely used for decarbonization and cleaning tasks within the automotive and industrial sectors. Thanks to its compact size, it is especially suitable for small mechanical and grinding workshops, factories, and industrial warehouses, allowing for the efficient cleaning of cylinder heads, industrial parts, and engine blocks up to 2,000 cc without complications. Part handling is simple thanks to its pneumatic lift, which supports dynamic loads of up to 275 kg while operating at 7 bars of pressure. Should greater capacity be required, the equipment can handle static loads of up to 550 kg without compromising its structural integrity. It is equipped with a removable electrical panel that facilitates maintenance and allows for optimized installation, taking up minimal space, even in confined spaces. Its double-layer thermal insulation system maintains the bath temperature with very low energy consumption, resulting in energy savings, reduced operating costs, and a smaller carbon footprint. All units in this range include an oil separator, which can be configured in an automatic version, synchronized digital generators for more efficient ultrasound output, and an integrated beacon light that continuously reports on the unit's operating status. It also features an Ethernet connection for data acquisition, control, and remote monitoring.
