Our UCM 100DL model is specially designed for cleaning and stripping parts with low volume and reduced weight. It has a pneumatic lift capable of lifting up to 60 kg. In static mode, the tank is designed to support loads of up to 125 kg. The tank has an oil separation system that allows the remains of dirt to be removed from the surface of the main tank and transferred to the auxiliary tank. With this method it is achieved that when removing the pieces from the bath, they do not become dirty with the dirt that may remain on the surface layer of the bath. The ultrasonic power of the tank is 1000W for a capacity of 100 liters, which provides a power/liter ratio of 10w/l which, added to the design and geometry of the tank, makes it the most efficient machine on the market in your category. The tank is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, except for the ultrasonic emitters, which are made of AISI 316. It has a simple and intuitive graphical interface that can be controlled and monitored remotely.
