It comes in a premixed, ready to use form that can be used with a number of substrates. It is water resistant and doesnt allow cracking of tiles. Ready-to-use. It has excellent adhesion. Self-curing. Better WorkibilitySlip resistant properties. Flexible adhesive. Highly Polymer modified. Low VOC.
