Specwall is an advanced wall system with inherent insulation, acoustic and fire ratings, and allows for the direct application of finishes. It is water permeable, is not damaged by water and doesn’t promote mould growth when exposed to water, making it suitable for pre-builds. Specwall is manufactured in a standard size of 3000x610mm and 2900x610mm which is available in two different thicknesses of 75mm or 100mm (bespoke options are available). MEP design can accommodate service openings which can be formed off-site or on-site depending on the client preference. Specwall is a sustainable alternative system to SFS, Drywall, Blockwork, Bathroom Pods and Risers/Shaftwall. All joints are bonded with a PVA adhesive and filled with GP non-shrink grout. Various finishing applications can be applied as per project requirements.
