The Sisal produced on our farms has been accepted in the industry as being of consistent quality and produced to a standard higher than the requirements of the official standards for African sisal fiber. Plant Fibres, Sisal is a hard fiber extracted from the leaves of sisal plants which are succulents that grow best in hot and dry areas. Sisal is an environmentally friendly fiber as it is almost no pesticides or fertilizers are used in its cultivation. Sisal fibers (which can be up to three feet long) are sustainably harvested by hand. Sisal and more durable than other natural fibers.
