Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine is a ideal solution for long or flat workpieces, like plates, beams, profiles, welded structures, pipes and large profiles. Workpieces, placed on roller conveyor, pass through shot blasting machine chamber continously, driven by roller conveyor. Abrasive flow from blast wheels, keeps shooting on moving workpieces to cover all surfaces and directions. With proper passing speed, satisfied surface quality is achieved finally. A typical roller conveyor shot blasting machine normally includes roller conveyor unit, blast wheel, blast chamber, abrasive recycle unit, dust collector, control unit and so on.
