Vintage. The Bruno Diaz Red (bio) Ecological is produced with 100% Tempranillo grapes - organic. Trellis vineyards of approximately 30 years. Matured in American oak barrels for at least 5 months. Cherry red in color with a fine purple rim, floral notes predominate on the nose on a background of prunes, combined with toasted wood. On the palate there are notes of ripe black fruit, it is very soft, with velvety tannins, round and balanced, with a touch of vanilla and a cocoa aftertaste, the result of its stay in American oak barrels.
