A Hookah is a traditional Middle-eastern smoking instrument also known as a water pipe or a Shisha. A hookah usually has a base chamber where water cools and moistens the smoke, several bowls where aromatic tobacco is arranged, a water base filtering out the smoke, and a tube attached to the base and usually incorporates a mouthpiece. The shape of a hookah is designed to deliver smoke that is less irritating to remember and therefore more enjoyable and non-harsh, because water is used to filter the smoke taken into the body. On the one hand, fruit, and mint are just some of the options found in shisha while on the other hand, some strange mixtures were created that are suited to the tastes of many non-smokers. This proved useful in making it more acceptable in social places like nightclubs, where hookahs are shared coordinate among friends. The practice is usually viewed as a social activity and helps create bonds by promoting interaction and exchange among the users.
