Rhizobox A5

Standard Rhizoboxes in the size A5 (paper size; external dimensions) are 3 cm deep (internal dimensions) and have a perforated bottom for water drainage. The boxes are used for root breeding and educative displays. The internal dimensions of the A5 boxes are 19.2 cm high and 11.2 cm wide, (inside). The front (clear) and back (black) panels are individually removable for soil filling/root sampling. The clear front panel allows observation / imaging of root system development and/or mycorrhizal hyphae / soil fauna. The Rhizoboxes are made of durable acrylic (4 mm PMMA) and come unassembled with all necessary hardware included (hex screws, spacers, etc.).
