Grapes sourced from vineyards located in Manzanares. Exhaustive grape selection oriented to the creation of a young wine. Fermentation is done at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Once completed, malolactic fermentation is conducted to improve the mouth feel and complexity. The use of oak or non-inert containers is avoided since the aim is to bottle the essence of the Tempranillo variety naked, preserving its primary aromatic palette. TASTING NOTE Purple colour, medium intensity, attractive and bright. Ruby red edging, which leaves behind fine tears in the glass. It has a pronounced intensity on the nose, predominated by fresh red fruit aromas (red, cherry, cranberry) and complemented by subtle notes of black fruit, predominantly black plum. Floral and herbal notes, principally lavender, enhance these fruity aromas. It has a pronounced intensity of fresh red fruit, long-lasting on the palate and complemented by delicate floral and herbal flavours. It has a silky, medium-grained tannin that washes off with its balanced acidity, which leaves behind a pleasant and enveloping sensation on the palate. A medium-bodied wine that can be paired with red meats, strong cheeses and tomato pasta, due to its elegance and structure of primary flavours. This wine is representative of the Tempranillo grape, which needs to be consumed while young due to its delicate fruity and floral flavours. These flavours and aromas could be distorted over time, losing exactly what we aim for in this wine, its freshness. It is a perfectly balanced, long-lasting wine with great fruit concentration and bright acidity.
