Available in varieties like Teja, S17, Byadgi, 334, Kashmiri based on color and heat. High in capsaicin content (for spiciness) and oleoresin (for rich color). 100% pure - no added color, preservatives, or adulteration. Ground using low-temperature grinding to retain natural flavor & nutrients. Moisture content controlled below 10% for longer shelf life. Complies with ASTA, ETO, EU, and FDA food safety norms.
