This process preserves the fresh taste, bright red color, juicy texture, and essential nutrients of the fruit, preventing clumping for easy portioning and use. Key Features: 95%+ whole berries (or whole & broken mix as specified) Brix level: 9-12° (natural sweetness) Rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, fiber, and polyphenols No added sugar, preservatives, or artificial colors Uniform size: 15-25 mm Low defect rate (minimal shriveled or broken fruit) Applications: Perfect for industrial use in smoothies, yogurts, baked goods (pies, muffins, cakes), desserts, jams, sauces, ice creams, beverages, and food processing. Packaging: Bulk 10kg cartons with pp bags inside or custom options available.
