End Buyer issues official LOI. 2. Seller issues Official FCO to end buyer. 3. Buyer countersigns & seals FCO and sends it back together with his Passport Copy and his Company Registration Certificate. 4. Seller sends Draft SPA for Buyer final review and signing & Sealing. 4A. Seller countersigns SPA. 4B. Seller issues Official Commercial Invoice. 4C. Seller issues to each mediators “Financial Commitment Letter” outlining his commission. 5. Buyer issues directly his Letter of Credit (LC MT700 or SBLC MT760). 6. Seller then would, within 30 days after the full confirmation of the Letter of Credit (LC MT700 or SBLC MT760) by the seller's bank, the follow: 6A. Send official invitation to buyer. 6B. Grant Site Inspection and POP including, SGS, Photos, etc. 7. Seller Issues PB of 10% against Buyers LC MT700. 8. Seller starts shipments delivery 30 working days after the full confirmation of the LC MT700 or SBLC MT760 by the seller's bank. 3 Payment terms: Option #1 | 100,000MT to 900,000MT per contract (Minimum per month – 10,000MT): Operative - Confirmed - Irrevocable – At Sight LC MT700 with minimum 3,450,000 USD value (10,000MT value). The monthly payment will be made after SGS report at Destination Port using same LC MT700 or Bank transfer T/T MT103. Option #2 | 1 Million MT to 4 Million MT per contract: Operative - Confirmed - Irrevocable - At Sight LC MT700 - 10% of the total contract value. The monthly payment will be made after SGS at Destination Port using same LC MT700 or Bank transfer T/T MT103. Option #3 | 100,000 MT to 4 Million MT per contract: Operative - Confirmed - Irrevocable – Cash Backed SBLC MT760 - Total contract value. The monthly payment will be made after SGS or similar at Destination Port via Bank transfer T/T MT103. Second-quality rails are used in the industry instead of used rails or scrap rails R50/R65. Second-quality railways are new rails, but unsuitable for railroad construction. The quality of the steel in the second-quality rails is better than the quality of scrap rails because these second grade rails are not used. 1.
