The machine automatically cuts precise, longitudinal or circumferential slots into PVC pipes and can be customized for various pipe diameters and slot patterns. Key components include a pipe feeding system that supports manual feeding, a slotting unit with high-speed rotating blades, PLC control for accuracy in slot positioning and depth, and adjustable slot width, depth, and spacing. The clamping and rotation system holds the pipe in place and rotates it if needed for spiral or circumferential slotting, ensuring uniform cutting. The control panel features touchscreen control and allows programming of slotting parameters like pitch, depth, and pipe length.
