PP Laboratory Bench. 1. The cabinet body and drawer front panels are fabricated entirely from 8mm-thick porcelain white polypropylene (PP) sheets. The entire structure is welded and integrally formed as a single unit, ensuring semi-permanent durability. The material exhibits excellent resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and a wide range of aggressive chemicals, and is characterized by high impact strength, outstanding corrosion resistance, and complete immunity to rusting. 2. Worktop section: The countertop is available in the following material options: solid core physicochemical board, epoxy resin board, ceramic board, or marble, with edges rounded to a smooth arc profile. The outer edges feature a double-sided curved chamfer for enhanced safety and aesthetic appearance. The worktop provides reliable resistance against corrosive reagents including acids, alkalis, strong oxidizing agents, and other aggressive chemicals. Thickness and brand are subject to customer selection. 3. All accessory fittings shall be installed with precision, ensuring a tight, level, square, and secure fit. Joints and connection points shall be free from chipping, cracking, or loosening. 4. Hinges and handles: These are manufactured from homogeneous PP polypropylene material, offering the same high level of resistance to strong acids and alkalis as the cabinet body. 5. Leveling feet: Equipped with specially designed ABS injection-molded adjustable feet, which allow the cabinet height to be flexibly adjusted to accommodate variations in indoor floor conditions. The adjustable height range is 0-50 mm.
