TPO waterproofing membrane is a rollable sheet-like waterproofing material made from a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) base material, derived from ethylene propylene rubber (EP) and polypropylene using advanced polymerization technology. It is reinforced with a polyester fiber mesh fabric. This material combines the long-term weather resistance and durability of EP with the weldability of polypropylene. A layer of polyester fabric sandwiched between the two layers of TPO enhances its physical properties, improving its breaking strength, fatigue resistance, and puncture resistance. The upper surface of the TPO reinforcement layer has a highly reflective, light-colored, smooth surface, primarily white. Its chlorine-free nature contributes to environmental protection and construction safety.
