Pneumatic Conveying System. To convey the Material from Material Dumping Station to Vacuum Silo this is mounted on top of the lid of High Speed Heater Mixer. Conveying Distance upto 30 meters with approx. 3 long radius bends ( Vertical + Horizontal ). Conveying capacity : approx. 3000 Kg./hour. Anti Dust reverse jet cleaning system for dust free environment. Special PTFE Coated Antistatic Cartridge Filter for easy cleaning. Compressed dry air provided with sequence timer to keep system clean and better conveying of material. Vacuum Silo with vibratory hammer for free flow of material discharge, proximity switch, level probe, pneumatically operated feeding valve to feed Heater Mixer. Minor components can be conveyed from Material Storage Hopper to Weighing Hopper by Screw type feeding driven by geared motor.
