Pig iron with carbon content ranging from 3.50% to 4.50%, and with a maximum of 0.50% silicon, is available. The manganese content is capped at 1.00%, while phosphorus and sulfur are limited to 0.15% and 0.05%, respectively. Additionally, we can offer nodular pig iron, known as “Triple 5,” with varying silicon levels, such as 0.50% max, 0.50% to 1.00%, or 1.00% to 1.50%. The manganese content in this form is kept at 0.05% max, and both phosphorus and sulfur are reduced to 0.05% and 0.020% max. For any other specific requirements, we ask that you provide the necessary details. We also have a trading company that can arrange CIF deliveries, though an additional charge will apply for this service.
