This PBO unidirectional prepreg fabric is a high performance composite material produced by impregnating Zylon PBO fibers with resin while aligning the fibers in a single direction. The material offers ultra high tensile strength, high modulus, excellent heat and flame resistance, strong chemical stability, and a lightweight structure with high electromagnetic transparency. It has limited resistance to ultraviolet exposure and compressive loads. The fabric is widely used in aerospace, defense protection materials, industrial filtration, sports equipment manufacturing, and new energy transportation where lightweight and high strength performance is required.
