The food-grade nitrogen generator uses pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology to produce food-grade nitrogen with a purity of over 99.5% on-site, complying with EU EC 231/2012 and national standard GB 29202. It is oil-free, moisture-free, and odorless, and can be directly used for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) of potato chips, nuts, coffee, and red wine, extending shelf life and preventing oxidation and spoilage. It operates fully automatically with one-button start, consumes low energy, and takes up a small footprint. It can replace steel cylinders and save 70% of costs, meeting HACCP and ISO22000 workshop safety requirements.
