Our SPH-Series In-line Wastewater Shredder is designed for shredding all wastes causing sewage blockage and maintaining constant fluidity. It is very strong compared with the standard pumped grinders. It grinds uninterruptedly with its double shaft structure and mutually rotating nested cutting blades which are very sharp. It can be easily mounted to the existing pipe lines together with its entrance and exit brackets. It has a bypass system in order to prevent blockage in case of breakdown. It may be optionally produced from stainless steel. We have various production capacities according to the customer’s demand. There is a bypass pipe available to provide machine service and maintenance easily. It has long life use and superior impermeability and pressure resistant seals. Our double shaft wastewater grinders breaks down sewage wastes in the best way, with high torque and low speed. The shredder is equipped with an automatic return system to prevent motor overload. We have wastewater grinders in different capacities. Efficient technology and energy are especially important for continuously vorking machines. MT technology provides minimum energy consumption and maximum performance.
