The RYLG-120 drying granulator is a new generation of dry granulation equipment developed based on the original model and by digesting and absorbing advanced foreign technology. It thoroughly solves the problem of powder degassing, overcoming the shortcomings of low tablet density, low yield, poor particle density, and low yield rate when loose materials were pressed in previous dry granulators. The machine also has the following features: 1.1 Stable granules can be obtained without the need for wetting agents such as water or ethanol. 1.2 It saves the intermediate steps of the wet granulation process (granulation and drying), greatly reducing the granulation time, improving production efficiency, and reducing cross-contamination.
