Our Grade A IQF frozen strawberries are selected from top varieties (e.g., American 13, Camarosa, or equivalent) and individually quick frozen shortly after harvest using state-of-the-art technology. This ensures the berries retain their fresh-picked flavor, bright red color, firm texture, and maximum nutritional benefits, with free-flowing properties for easy handling and no clumping. Key Features: Grade A: 95%+ whole berries, uniform size and color. Size: Typically 15-35 mm (or 25+ mm uncalibrated as specified). Brix level: 7-10° (natural sweetness). Rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, fiber, and folate. No added sugar, preservatives, or artificial colors/flavors. Low defect rate (minimal caps, stems, or damaged fruit). Calyx removed, washed, and sorted. Applications: Ideal for industrial processing in yogurts, smoothies, ice creams, desserts, jams, sauces, baked goods (cakes, pies, muffins), beverages, and confectionery. Packaging: Bulk 10kg cartons with pp bags inside, or custom options available.
